I believe there is only 1 person that actually knows what is going on. The rest of the counter help are useless and avoid the customer like the plague. I am avoiding having to do any business with that place. I will drive a farther distance to do business out of Romulus. I don't know what it is, but businesses in Romulus employ the rude or entitled people. I'm not sure which because they act the same. Better businesses outside of Romulus. Romulus does not even have a grocery store. How pathetic. Help the industrial and screw the residents

I called before I came in. I told them the driveshaft I had and they said they could fix it so I drive from two hours away and I get here and the guy behind the counter says we cant service the drive shaft so a complete waste of time after I just told him all the details then proceed to say I can get you one for 850 he needs to be tested for crack or something cause he aint smoking marijuana.

They are good Took the Drive shaft there for a 2008 Nissan Titan, they asked for the measurements, which is important and they got the two piece driveshaft done within two days bearing! The key thing getting the proper measurements the staff was very educated on building the driveshaft. Thank you All! Truck back on the road drives like new.
