        If you are not going to have tellers and have the capacity to actually conduct basic banking functions without the use of an ATM, then you should close the branch.

        This is just a glorified ATM. There are people who work there, but they can't actually help with anything. Not that they dont have the know, but they physically can't do anything. You can go there to use the ATM and you can go inside to have them show you how to use an ATM.
