Professional Home Cleaning

When our long-term cleaning service retired, we sought a local company to clean our house. Cortneys people did a great job for two years. However, the day after Christmas 2016 they did not appear for their regularly scheduled appointment nor did Cortney return repeated phone calls. We would have happily rescheduled if Cortney had wanted to give her staff the day off, but before a scheduled Labor Day appointment she told us that her staff worked holidays as it was too difficult to reschedule around them. At the end, since she would not return our phone calls we saw no option except to terminate Cortneys services and change the locks. Her staff were cheerful, efficient and very good at their jobs - they deserve five stars. But, Cortney runs the business and she gets one star.

Great team!!! I have been using their services for the last 3 years. Attention to detail, professional, uniformed, and courteous staff. Would recommend them and their services to everyone. I have recently added my business facility to their list of cleanings they do for me.

Professional Home Cleaning has been cleaning our home for about a year now. We are very happy with their service. Cortney is always very professional. She is also very accommodating if you need a certain day and time or if you need to make a change to your regular cleanings. It is nice to come home to a clean nice smelling home after a long day of working. And my children love the treats they leave for us after they have finished cleaning. Prices are reasonable. PHC makes my life a lot easier!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! The cleaners are very attentive to detail. I find PHC to be trustworthy, The staff comes in does what they are suppose to do and leaves locking up the house behind them. Even our dog is happy with their company. I would recommend PHC for all cleaning jobs.
