        Had to take back multiple times. Window regulator had to be replaced twice. Exhaust is still rattling and I'm being told it's the belongings in the vehicle rattling, which I'm taking as they're telling me i don't know what I'm talking about. I've been driving this van for years. The loud knocking UNDER the vehicle, that's been consistent for the last 4 months, has not changed at all whether the vehicle is full or empty. They did fix the serpentine belt with no remaining issues.
