        The leasing agent Stephanie is very welcoming, she really cares about the tenants. I recently went to her about my concerns and not once did she make me feel like she did not want to listen, and she took the proper steps to handle the situation. Im very happy with the outcome.

        The people that live in this complex have no regards for other people. They park how they want to ( taking 2 and 3 parking spots at once), and they are loud at all hours of the day and night. I can't even get my 1 year old to sleep because they neighbors are so loud. When I try to talk to the office personnel they aren't there past 3:30p.m. this used to be a great place to live until riverside took over.

        We call this our found hidden gem. Affordable, comfortable. The office staff and maintenance are quick to resolve any issues. The neighbors are wonderful. We truly do love it here.

        Just disappointed my sliding door glass is shattered and u would think they have someone to come out and get it fixed , no one came and I'm hoping this gets fixed soon

        Love the unit, Stephanie was super nice and helpful :) also love the windows/sliding and how much natural lighting comes through. Perfect spacing
