I've never had body work done for an animal accident, Jason and his team walked me through it with no stress and left me confident I'd be taken care of.
I've used Allstate through Jason's office for around 4 years. We have Auto and Home owners through them.
Like most insurances you don't interact unless something happens. In December of 23' I hit an animal going home late at night. The front plastic bit on my bumper was crushed. My car was still drivable but not looking to good.
I engaged Jason and his team to make a comprehensive claim. There entire process was a breeze. I communicated via text with him and the claims agents. Uploaded some photos to the website. The only real work I had to do was find a local body shop.
It took awhile to get her repaired, finding parts for a 10 year old Lincoln was difficult, but I'm back in my car and happy.

We had a house fire 3 weeks ago and still have yet to hear from or be able to get ahold of Jason, our AGENT! We have dealt with adjusters of all kinds, none of which seem to be on the same page or know what they are doing and obviously work for Allstate rather than wanting to help us make sure we are taken care of. It is absolutely ridiculous that we haven't even been able to speak to him.
