My brother hit a deer, Kalie the check in attendant started calling me, unprofessional meaner , volgure language , called rental company and gossip about my personal business. Tried to resolve dispute , argued with me and was hung up. Worse customer service ever. Do not take your vehicle there its a scam . If they do complete your vehicle, and you have a problem with the repair. Good luck. You will be in court like me
