        Buyers beware of steep annual HOA fees & extra assessments. There are moisture & mold issues in property buildings at Paint Creek. The buildings & common areas are not well maintained and desperately need updating.

        I reached out to this management company because our condominium complex is looking for a management company. It took him a week to get back to me to tell me that they have no capacity although when I called on the phone gave me a price for management and did not mention that there was no capacity. Kind of shady and very unresponsive -I would not recommend.

        Eric Mazure is the manager for our condo association. He does a great job and keeps us in conformity with the by laws. His innovation in scheduling annual picnics for our association has brought the neighborhood together and helps us to get to know each other and be aware of any needs in the community. Kudos to Eric!

      To Whom it May Concern,The monthly dues at Paint Creek Condominiums are increasing by $10/month in 2024. The dues amount has been fairly steady since our office has taken over management duties, raising by a total of $25 over those 7 years, far below inflation numbers. In that time span, siding, trim, roofs and gutters have been replaced without an additional assessment. The major project In 2024 is to upgrade the electrical panels and circuit breakers throughout the community. The monthly dues amount of $350 or $360 (depending on the specific unit) include water & sewer, and shared water softeners and water heaters which most condominium communities do not. Hazard and liability insurance, janitorial service, and maintenance items like snow removal, lawn mowing, fertilization, tree and shrub trimming, gutter cleaning, and repairs to the buildings are also included in the monthly dues. Once a buyer takes these factors into account, we believe that ownership in Paint Creek Condominiums to be a great value in Rochester, and we are proud to be part of the team working to maintain and improve the community.Yours truly,Jason Carey

      This person is not a customer of ours. I found it amusing that this person left 1-star reviews for every management company in Rochester on the same day, but left a 5-star review for Puff Cannabis. Let's hope for this guy's sake they don't double their price every year!
