Liz and Megan, standouts at Heartfelt, displayed unparalleled dedication and genuine care towards the children. The approach to child care was both professional and warm, ensuring each child felt safe and loved throughout the day. The attentiveness and kindness Megan/Liz truly made a positive difference at Heartfelt daycare.

Heartfelt Impressions in truly one of a kind! We brought our child in for the summer as he has some special needs and it was important to keep him in some type of structure. We had no idea what an amazing experience this would be for our son!! He never complained about going, he was well loved by his teachers and we have seen so much growth in him this summer!! Something that we will forever be grateful for is their concern for his allergies (he has multiple) and how they HANDCOOKED and provided every meal and snack for him! That was a huge blessing to us and we are so grateful he could eat with his friends and not feel isolated during meals. They even found gluten free and dairy free options so he could have smores with his friends:)

Heartfelt has always felt like home! This quaint center is a tight knit family. The center provides a comfortable environment for everyone, but especially littles. Designed with the children at focus, Heartfelt Rochester feels warm & natural; not like a corporate office building, it fosters learning and growth. It is a place I am happy & proud to be apart of.

I adore Heartfelt I worked at few centers but never one as great as this one. When you join heartfelt you learn the tools to be the very best you its starts with We are a Family Liz and Morgan have made us the very best family we can be, I trust these girls as my sisters my friends and co workers. Then there is Empowered with Passion each teacher always gives 10000% of who they are and pour so much love into every child they take the time to get to know the child their love Language and love them and teach them in the way where they can only succeed then Respectful, Reciprocal Relationships the teachers talk to one another is beautiful and understanding and treat the families like they would treat their families Health & Laughter Matter, the way the kids make you laugh and smile is the most complete feeling you will ever have the way the staff always give you the best hugs when you need them a smile and laugh when it means the most. Then Lead with Integrity, the way Rhonda
Leads us and teaches us along with Liz and Morgan is so hands on and truly incredible to watch, they arent those people who run center and no nothing about whats going on they are in involved in the class room on the floor talking to kids laughing with kids singing dancing you name in they are involved! Finally
Unwavering Loyalty & a deep Commitment to Growth, they way the treat us makes loyalty the easiest part of our job you will love it to much you wont want to leave! I started off as an assistant teacher in toddler 1 room and I have become the lead and have been gifted so much love and trust with the staff and guidance, i couldn't be more thankful for that.

If I could I would give them 0 stars instead of 1. My kids attended here for a good month and every since they started they have had a cold for a month. And I have took them to the doctors multiple times. We live in a clean environment where it is sanitized and clean. This daycare was not clean they did not sanitize anything they so of course it was germs everywhere. Every kid in there was sick with snooty nose but it seem as if they were single my kids out because they were black. My 2 year old had a fever of 105 and they did not notice it until after 3 hours later anything could have happened to him. So I took my kids out they can stay home where its clean and they arent getting sick from other kids. This place is filthy with old dirty toys that arent clean either!
