Aurum Design Jewelry

Purchased two gorgeous rings from Aurum within the past 11 months. Last week found an emerald stone was missing along with two cracked stones in one ring while the second ring I purchased more recently end of Nov 2023 has chips in the peridot. I made these purchases because of their said quality. The owner, Darren refused to work out an exchange or accept a return for the jewelery stating that its worn jewlery. While I have reccomened Aurum to many in our community and felt that thee staff and I built relationships, I can no long reccomend their business. During my careful purchases, I shared my intentions I had with the jewelry (to wear daily) to the staff and now that my jewelry has flaws... they've shared that these specific types of jems are not for every day and that it depends on how I wear it. *I've shared, they knew my intentions to wear my jewelry, daily* I am disappointed in the business exchange. I do not feel that I purchased high quality items and wanted to share my review.

I love the unusual, unique jewelry at this store. It has a large variety of custom pieces that are works of art. I no longer live in Michigan but keep tabs on this store from afar. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for wearable art!

If you have gold and diamonds or any jewels, really, Daren will create a beautiful, custom piece for you. My new ring is so perfectly me. And sparkly...never had anything like this made for myself. It's exquisite.
