Came in late in the day with a project needing completed quickly. They were so helpful and went over and above that make sure we got what we needed with a request that wasn't straight forward. The project came out better than expected, would not hesitate to utilize their services again and would 100% recommend to others.

We have been using American Speedy Printing in Rochester for many years and have always been extremely pleased with the service. We are a local business and Bill always completes our orders promptly even on short notice or when we have large orders. He is always friendly and does a wonderful job!

I wish there is a choice of negative star. The service is horrible, horrible and horrible. I came in with design. Was told the format is not good. Naturally I asked what kind format I can do, hoping the owner can give some guidance. But immediately the owner said I am not here to teach you, so I asked can I copy in words document and convert to PDF, then he stood up and said he would pass this order and just walked away. This is THE WORST and RUDEST service I ever seen. The store smells funky and old. There is no basic business manner.

My coworker pulled in the lot to drop off food and was promptly met by the desk woman who gave her death glares for being in an open parking spot? Then Bill storms out, yelling and swearing, tell her to get her slobby *** out of here, took a picture of her plate and said he was calling the cops no wonder Bill specifically has horrible reviews. Whats wrong with him?!
