        Reserved a room online a month in advance, received a confirmation email with how to get into the house, an email the day before that everything was ready... drove over an hour to get to the house to find out that there is no room available and that they don't understand their own systems. A great way to start an anniversary weekend trying to scramble for a different place to stay!
