I needed to get some repair done on my car and AJ gave me an estimate that was lower than a few other places that I visited. When I asked about dropping my car off, he kept pushing me back and told me to check in again week after week even though I asked about setting up a time in the future. After 3 weeks, he said he would try to slot me in for the end of the week but said he would call me back in 20 minutes. After 1 hour, I decided to give him a call and he sounded annoyed that I was calling him and said he would be in the office in 10 minutes. After another hour, I tried calling again and I got a "this number is unavailable" message. He texted me that they were busy and said he could likely fit me in at the end of the week but didn't bother to tell me when to come. Since then, he's ignored me so I found another body shop to do business with.
Based on the other reviews, it sounds like they do a fine job once they actually help you but they really need to look into hiring a receptionist. I don't know how they stay organized and busy when it's impossible to even set up a time to drop my car off.

I had my car there for an estimate. Without even looking at it they said it was totaled. The problem is that it sat in the same spot the tow truck left it for almost 3 weeks. Very very disappointed with this company. I certainly would not recommend it to anyone...

I can't say enough good things about the employees and service we received from Rochester Collision! They went above and beyond to get our work truck on the road with a new Trans+, in a speedy fashion. They kept us updated and were extremely reasonably priced! We found our new trusted mechanics!!
