        I see a lot of 5star reviews but all is good until it is not. I took my pet in for a follow up vaccination but I was 15minutes late because my pet was not cooperative. They refused to follow through with the appointment citing that they have moved on to the next patient. I have been made to wait 15minutes or more during my last 2 visits and this was their response. I even noticed that there werent any other customers in the waiting area. Very disappointing for how unaccommodating they were. Id say they are more cordial than friendly & its all business.
