        This location has gone down hill We have lived in the Rochester area for 40+ years My brother and I would go here before a movie or something Lobby was closed 1 pm , got our order wrong in the drive thru and when I told them it was wrong the person looked at me like I was an idiot. Needless to say we are no longer going to that location again

        This one has gone downhill from last year. We ordered 2 classic Roast Beef meals and they only gave us the sandwiches, And one drink and couldn't remedy the situation on the spot ignoring us completely at the drive through. At least they didn't charge us for the meals just for what they gave us.
