Very terrible experience took my mom to her appointment and she was over charged 3 times the bank notified me assap I also paid cash and they didn't give me a receipt when I requested a receipt it took them 30 minutes to give me one and when I asked for my refund off my mom credit card they refused and indsinuated me and the bank were liars wow my mom has lost a significant amount of weight and they tell her she's in excellent health so she believes them so my mom want let me or other family members take her to the hospital but here proof that they stole money from my mom 3 times and the 4th time I paid cash watch out for them check your credit cards and bank statements.

Medical staff dont consider family input and appear to be eager to write people off because theyre old. They do not respond in a timely manner. Input a rating of one star, but only because it wouldn't allow zero. 0 Comments
