Pro-Scape Landscaping

I wish I could give Pro-Scape ZERO STARS. Absolutely TERRIBLE. My mom had a knee replacement in early December and on top of it, was widowed shortly after. The first time we got snow this winter, they didnt even show up. After struggling to get in contact with a single person at the company, they finally showed up, days later, and didnt even complete the job - they left the entire walkway unshoveled. This time, its now nearly 9:00pm, 24 hours after a big snow, and their trucks are finally rolling into our subdivision. What is the point of paying a service when you end up having a neighbor help you so you can safely leave your home? They get your money for the season, and then they do not seem to care. Unreliable and no follow through for their clients. What a scam.

Last summer I had two different people from Pro-Scape come out for two different quotes (landscaping and paver work). One (paver) went ok although I will have another company redo the same job next summer as what they said would work, did not. The second quote (landscaping) never arrived and after calling over three times asking for the quote, I decided to go with someone else. Pro-scape never called me back and I never got a quote. I would not recommend.

Been working with Dan to develop a quote "in the spring" only to have his office person tell us (after we had to call) they had no room. They are a far cry from the professionalism of the previous owners that is for certain.
