Brian, reached out to us couple of years back while we were looking for affordable Insurance for our Vehicles and House. He stopped by at our house and we treated him as a guest. We bought the insurance, and later the Insurance got expansive, we switched to the different one and I told Brian Explicitly that I do not want any surprises in last bills and etc, He told me multiple times that I do not have to worry. Now, fast forward we received surprise bill of over $400 which I do not believe we owe. The reason of having the Broker in Between is to have a peace of mind about the surprise bills and on time support against the Crooks of Insurance Companies. Disappointed in Service and the trust we vested. Next Time Lesson's learned, never hire a Broker. ALL SAME!
