Bad Experience. Called on a Saturday, google said they close @3:00 I called at 1:00 sat on hold for 40 minutes.

Canceled my homeowners plan more than 30 days before it renewed. Was sent a bill anyways over 30 days later. Called his office again in May, June, July and was told disregard the bill it was sent by mistake..... here we are July 31st and I get another bill. His office staff did nothing to cancel this policy in February, May, June, or July. Here I sit on hold on the phone for 25 minutes with NO resolution. I would avoid State Farm and this office at all cost.
