They were amazing!! Called about frozen pipes, they were there the very next morning! Thawed the frozen pipes, showed us where additional damages were and what we needed to do to repair them. Absolutely amazing!! They will always be our "go to" repair service!

Isaac and Suzanna came to my house today on 1/17. I called them 2 days ago and set up an appointment. They were extremely professional and very nice. I am a first time homeowner and have had difficulties finding a professional company to come out and look at my frozen pipes. They were extremely professional and kind from the beginning. Isaac and Suzanna really know how to do just about anything. I live in a mobile home that had no electric outlet for heat tape and my pipes ended up freezing. Isaac and Suzanna had the problem solved in less than 2 hours. Isaac put in a new electrical outlet for me as well as thawed my pipes. I have never dealt with someone so professional before. Also I know that when looking into home repairs everyone is worried about the cost. However, this company does not overcharge for anything. I found that the price I was quoted was just right and affordable!! 10/10 would recommend.

Best experience with a mobile home contractor I have had in 20 years. Isaac worked directly with my insurance adjuster and did the work for what they agreed upon. He even completed the work before I received the check from my insurance company. Isaac also found and fixed a problem with my sub floor before it became a bigger issue, and the rate was very reasonable. I then hired him to replace my roof and I am very pleased with the work. It's really nice to have a contractor you trust to not only do the job right but also be reasonable and easy to work with. I will use Element Restoration for any future repairs I may need for my manufactured home. Edit November 2023 - I had Isaac and his amazing crew put in a new deck. The pics speak for themselves. Quick and professional. Couldn't ask for anything better
