The most rude front desk person i ever spoke. I was referred by a friend and called to make an appt and she goes we don't take your insurance but her children have exactly same insurance...i told her that and her reply was I don't know how she takes kids here not allowed to share that information....I don't wane anyone's information i wane know why someone else can take kids there with same insurance but I can't.????!!!! And based on the review thank god i didn't take them in.

Great dentist. Horrible staff. Front desk ladys are rude and dont know what they are talking about. One lady says she can get my son in for a filling within a week. The second lady I had to speak with said she didnt know who I was talking to and couldnt get my son in for 6 months. So my child is just suppose to be in pain for 6 months while they squeeze him in. If they werent squeezing him in, how long would it take to have a cavity filled!? They are not looking out for the best interest of children. If you dont live in Rochester, they just speak to you differently. Even though the doctors are amazing, I wont be back due to the front staff sadly.
