I found this workshop to be very useful and applicable to resolve or manage conflict at the workplace and also in relationships. This workshop has helped me identify my conflict styles and also improve on the styles I am weak at. I highly recommend this workshop, it's dynamic, educational and certainly a game changer in the way we precieve conflict.

When I first started the program I was having some challenges at home and at work. During the period of the course I learnt a lot of new information about how to handle conflict, what type of response I had to conflict, and how to improve my ability to handle conflict . The course also made me look back at my life and made me examine what has brought me to where I am today: the good and the bad. Some soul searching!! All I can say right now is that it has left me in a better place for me to progress and succeed personally and business wise. I also bonded with some great women!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism, quality, and value that I gained from Marshall Duke Consulting's Conflict Management Course. I had an issue with task conflicts on my team that needed to be resolved so that my project could be completed by a certain deadline. I used the tools that I got in the group coaching program to connect with my book publishing team by coming up with a strategy to improve our communication across different time zones, build our relationships, and formulate a solution that led to a winning outcome. My book was successfully published and launched on time. I would highly recommend this impactful program to those looking to address conflict management or resolutions in any type of setting where you are looking to build relationships (i.e. work, family, ministry, etc.).
