We remodeled a house that we purchased that had popcorn ceilings throughout the house. We were very pleased with the results of the removal of the popcorn ceiling as well as the painting that was completed. Very prompt and respectful throughout the entire process. Will happily use their services again as needed.

Requested a quote on the website. It took 8 days to get a response...to be told my "email" got put in his spam folder. Not possible since I didn't SEND an email. If his email sends messages from his website to spam then he has a problem. Regardless, he should be checking spam daily. Came and gave me a quote. Agreed to the quote. Told me he would email me a contract that evening. Two days later, still nothing. Emailed him TWICE. No response. FINALLY, 9 days later he calls and leaves a message that he cannot send to my email. Huh?? Wants to send someone the next day. Uh, not without a contract. Texted him (I'm HoH so I don't like to call) and told him I had hired someone else. Then, 4 hours later I get an email....hmmmm......funny that ALL OF A SUDDEN he can get me an email. STILL NO CONTRACT. I don't do anything without something in writing. Emailed him back and, again told him too late...I hired someone else. Wow. And I was going to hire them to do my windows too.

Up date....if I could give him negative stars I would. FINALLY contacted me 8 days after I messaged him. Claimed my email was in his spam folder. Well, I didn't email him so, unless his emails from his website contact form go to spam.......no. Even if it did, as someone who ran a business that relied heavily on email, a professional checks their spam folder AT LEAST daily. So, I was hopeful as he sounded apologetic on the phone. Came over to give me an estimate. Again, SEEMED like a really nice guy. I looked at the written quote and asked when they could start and he indicated they could start in the next couple of days as they were finishing up another job nearby. Said he would send me a contract that night. That was a week ago......and yes....I check MY spam folder twice a day.....So, if you want to hire someone to actually do a job.......find someone else. If you want to get lied to and ghosted, here's your guy.BTW, just in case, I did email him asking where the contract was. Yeah, he ignored that one too.
