I didn't have any idea what to expect when I showed up to see Amy. I was just crossing my fingers for some kind of relief. The appointment turned out to be the best thing ever! Amy took her time explaining exactly what would happen and was patient with my questions. What I thought might be uncomfortable ended up being quite pleasant. The room was cozy and welcoming and I loved the yummy smelling oils she massaged on my tummy to get things going! Amy was beyond knowledgeable and taught me so many things I didn't know about my new colitis diagnosis. She was super friendly, extremely positive, and all the time smiling or giggling. And, to make it even better the next day she sent an email that included a shopping list of anti-inflammatory foods and a food combining/do not combine chart. In conclusion...the one visit really made a HUGE difference in how I felt. The gas bubbles were released and I didn't have the horrible cramping. No doubt I will be visiting Amy again.
