McDonald's

Raw double quarter pounders. Manager said that's the way they come off the grill. he'd make another well done. I declined figured it would be burnt. I figured they are cooking them for time of regular burger and not allowing for extra thickness.

I don't know what the deal is with the one in Richland but they never are open always broken down they always get their orders wrong I won't never go there again I'll drive to gull road or plainwell and they never have their burritos always out if somebody sells burritos that much seem like they would add more burritos than others

Its sad how bad this Mcdonalds is. The bar isnt set crazy high when it comes to mcdonalds, but it took 5 minutes to order ONE Mcflurry. I cant imagine how long it would take to order an entire meal. There were 5 people in line and after 25 minutes of waiting, we decided it wasnt worth it. Time to just shut it down

worst mcdonalds..... I wish I didn't have to give a star to rate this place. no organization what so ever. team members wiping their face with hands, and then handling customer orders. watched a team member put his hands all over the top part of a lid before placing it on the cup. DO NOT GO HERE

Manager disrespectful, hung up after I tried telling her what Uber eats said about McDonalds being backed up. Three different Uber eats drivers, two hours after I ordered breakfast. Ice melted, smoothie isnt any good, 20 phone calls to McDonalds, bags smelled like weed inside and out and they were sealed, hash browns hard and food thrown in the bag. She yelled and only heard what she wanted to in order to argue. This happened at 12:50, 10 minutes after receiving breakfast food I ordered before 10:30a.m. She said they had my order ready at 10:30, I ordered at 10:26a.m. and to reiterate, they were so backed up, two Uber eats canceled, the third one waited all the while I was requesting five different times for Uber eats to refund my money and cancel that order and directed the driver to cancel. Every one stalled to process it and not lose money. No good
