Full disclosure - I rarely write a review on anything. I'm just not that guy. However, in this case, I'm not only willing but happy to write a review. The integrity and work-ethic of Ray and his son is like stepping into a time machine and being transported back to yesteryear American - a time when attention to detail, wholesome honesty, integrity, and work-ethic actually meant something. Ray worked on the interior of our BMW. It has a beige interior and had needed cleaning for several years. Past winters of salt stains, mud and grime; food crumbs and spills from long road trips have not been kind to our poor car. We were NOT expecting the level of perfection and restoration we received - UNREAL! Ray's eye-for-detail is on a whole different level of automotive detailing. You get what you pay for in life. Ray was just a little more expensive than other local detailers, but was able to clean our BMW with such detail and perfection that we will NEVER go anywhere else ever again! I promise you, Richland Auto Detailing and Ray are different. The entire experience was so refreshing - honesty, talent, integrity and work-ethic. This sort of thing is disappearing from our modern day American and cultural landscape. Try them - you won't be disappointed.
