    My dad passed rather suddenly & Coleman doesnt have a flower shop. Wendy had no problem taking care of our casket spray & even flowers for a dear friend & my employer. Love Kutcheys & Wendy! We didnt really know what to get, but wanted outdoorsy. Wendy even added some deer antlers knowing dad liked to hunt. The added touch was a rose in a vase with a handwritten note that it was an honor to express your love with flowers. Thanks to Kutcheys for making a difficult time a little more beautiful.

    You need to know my experience was with flowers they sent to a funeral. I ordered a deluxe arrangement of white flowers from a picture, a service provider TS displayed on the funeral homes site. The flowers delivered from Kutchey were daisies NOTHING like the $100.00 deluxe package nor making a statement of love and respect to the family that I was expecting. They obviously didnt expect me to show up and look to see what was sent. I was embarrassed and angry that they sent a low budget arrangement. I called they said through this service I purchased a $60.00 arrangement. The person I spoke to led me to believe the funeral home was in charge of the billing and what had been sent. Yes, they unjustly pointed directly to the funeral home and led me to believe they took a cut off the top. If they were not able to fulfill the contract they could have told TS services and someone call me to let me know they didnt have the flowers. They had agreed to the arrangement and the deception was a huge disappointment. All they needed to do was call. I would never ever order flowers through them, and neither should you. These people havent any integrity. Shame on them!

    Our family ordered a premium Candy Cane Bouquet to be delivered to our brother who is retiring as Fire Chief in Midland. We had wanted a beautiful and large arrangement for his reception table at the firehouse. We were extremely disappointed in the size and quality of the arrangement that was delivered by your shop. It was definitely NOT the size of the arrangement that was displayed on the Telaflora site and did not contain even the filler flowers. When we contacted you about it, we were told that COVID effected your supply for filler flowers. Really? And all we were offered was a 10 percent discount on an arrangement that was nearly $100.00 (over $120.00 with taxes and delivery). It would have been nice to have been offered a replacement or at least a discount that would compensate for the smaller arrangement. Linda and Randy Cantrell Springfield, Missouri

We spoke on the phone yesterday and would like to say that there are some discrepancies with what was actually said in our conversation verses your review. At no time did I ever tell you that the funeral home was in charge of the billing or that they take a cut off the top. You assumed that I was a subcontractor of the funeral home, I am an independent florist & have no business affiliation with them. You purchased from a 3rd party source, The Tribute Store, off from the funeral homes website and they are in charge of the pictures, the order and the billing and sending the order to local flower shops to fill. As I explained to you on the phone, the order I received from the Tribute Store was for $64.95 for flowers and $10 delivery charge, I did not receive a $100 from you. The order was for a "Designer's Choice white flower arrangement", and that's what was sent. Nothing in the description of that arrangement states any specifics of what will be in that bouquet, I clearly says it is up to the designer to decide. You posted a picture of an arrangement that was supposedly the one you picked off from the website, but that photo is not anywhere on the funeral homes website under Designer's Choice White Flowers. The picture you are posting all over social media platforms clearly says Legacy.com at the top, that is not the Tribute Store website that you ordered from. You can clearly tell from the picture on The Tribute Store website, that it is a mashup of several bouquets put together in one picture because it is a Designer's Choice bouquet. As for your statement of "they obviously didn't expect me to show up and look to see what had been sent" that is completely incorrect. Everyone that knows me, knows that I design EVERY order that comes through my doors with the thought in mind that the sender WILL see the flowers. There was no unjust finger pointing at the funeral home, there was no great deception. The order was filled to the dollar amount that it was received from the Tribute Store with the flowers requested. If you have something specific in mind in the future, call a local florist directly so that they can work with you to achieve that look, don't order a Designer's Choice arrangement from an online only company and then be unhappy with what you get. To call a shop yelling and not listening to what you were being told, hanging up in mid sentence and leaving inaccurate 1 star reviews that get bigger and more inflated on each platform you post on...shame on you.There is no shame on our end as we fulfilled the order as it was received.Saying that a person, that you do not know, has no integrity speaks volumes about yours.

The flower arrangement that was purchased was $79.99, $8.50 delivery & $5.31 sales tax for a total of $93.80 for the order, not sure where you are coming up with the $100 & $120. As was explained on the phone, there are no "filler flowers" in this arrangement, the recipe does not call for them. Also explained was that due to a worldwide flower shortage and supply chain issues, not all flowers are available at all times and that the button mums you are calling "filler flowers" were substituted with snowflake mums. We state our substitution policy on our website in multiple places. We broke down the recipe for that particular arrangement on the phone & what was put in it and it was made to value. A 15% discount was processed on the flower arrangement after speaking with the person that ordered it.
