Craig is amazing! He was very quick to respond to a last-minute request and came out on a Sunday, on the day after Christmas! He was very thorough and informative; as a first-time home buyer, he really helped me feel more confident and prepared. Craig is well-trained, professional, friendly, and thorough. I called Quality Property Inspections to help RE-INSPECT my home after I noticed some concerns that were not covered in my original inspection from another inspector. I needed help checking out a leaking roof. Craig was incredibly quick in his response and was at my house within a day or two to help. Not only was Craig a kind and friendly person, but he was also very knowledgeable and thorough during the inspection of my house. He went above and beyond what I needed and did many things that my last inspector neglected. For my leak problem, Craig actually went up into my attic (unlike my previous inspector) and completely checked out the leaking area and documented concerns. During inspecting the leak, he noticed extra concerns related to my electrical wiring and he took extra time and effort to help inspect my electrical boxes and hook-ups. After having Craig (QPI) check out my home, I felt SO MUCH BETTER about the concerns I had and he helped direct me towards reliable options for addressing these concerns. Again, Craig was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspection. If I ever need another inspection ,I will be contacting Craig. Would definitely recommend to everyone who needs an inspection.
