        I loved getting penalized for using the post office to mail my bill, and them not honor the date which was postmarked by the post office on the envelope. Anyway to charge us for penalties and collect more money is their motive.

        I live alone & got a bill for over $200! They claimed my water was left running for two days!? If this were true, Id have to turn it off!!!! Never happened

        Horrible customer service HORRIBLE!! Water pressure has been low after the Lead in the water scare and they "saying" water main beaks! Pipes was fine until Redford was on the news about lead in water...

        Im not sure how these people still have jobs. I just avoid having to deal with them at all cost! I never pay attention to our water bill. We just look at the amount and pay it, NEVER LATE! We never pay any of our bills late and never way late fees. I once noticed that I was charged a late fee and questioned it. They claimed several payments were late and thats a lie. I was using the drop box at the time. They claimed the payments were late and would not waive them. We have no reason to lie, in 12 years weve NEVER had a late fee for anything because we pay on time! They are a joke, rude, condescending, and scammers!
