        Read before you goSo we ordered online -they dont have you pay online -you pay in store. My fianc went to pick it up and I guess there was new person working. My fianc says the young man did not greet him. There was another customer in the restaurant who ended up walking off while their order was being made.still did not greet him. Finally when my fianc got his attention he charged him for the food which was 2 pizzas. The pizza was subpar and some of the topping were not cooked all the way. 2 hours later-a woman-who I discovered to be the manager calls and starts the call off with we didnt pay for the food. He definitely was charged and got a receipt. I went back and forth with her about my fianc payinguntil I said well what do you want to do? She says we will just put you guys down as walk in only. Girl who said we were coming back? After being harassed like that 2 hours after an order i wouldnt step foot in that place again. If you wanted to rectify the situation-you would have not harassed me and accused us of stealing. If your staff made some type of mistake; its your responsibility to fix it. Ill be contacting corporate specifically about the woman who contact me. She is NOT management material. Ill stick with the Livonia location
