Farmers Insurance - Najat Salem

Where do I begin? I was getting used and abused by every insurance company from here to Timbuktu. That was until I was referred over to Najat Salem agency. The entire experience from start to finish was as easy as swiping my card! She was able to walk me thru and explain how insurance works and sold me insurance for everything except for my pet spiders. It really sucked that Farmers doesnt classify insects, pests, or termites as pets so I couldnt participate in the pet insurance. She did, however, promise to take initiative on my familys behalf to fight for change, in what classifies as an eligible pet with farmers. Other than that, if my neighbors were so much as to look at my lawn the wrong way, Im covered!!!!! Thank you to Najat and to the cook at Daves Hot chicken for referring me to Najats agency. World class service. Bravo.
