    I was once a person with low self esteem because of my teeth but then I was referred to MDIC in a ad that I seen so I investigated and asked questions before I spent my hard worker money I was satisfied with the overall result and the staff was very family oriented thank you MDIC for giving me my self-esteem back

    This office is super clean, staff is extremely friendly, and the wait times are so fast im always in and out of here. The doctors always take their time to thoroughly explain what we're doing, what they see, + what our plan is. I highly recommend this business.

    Im so extremely bummed by my experience here today. Ive been going to this office for about 2 years now and I was so happy and pleased with the dentist and most of the people that Ive experienced here. Well today, that has taken a nose dive to the point that I dont know that I can recover. It started when I received a phone call at the beginning of the week asking me if I would like to come in the next day at 12pm for a cleaning. I made the appointment as that time worked for me but was called back early the next morning (same day of appointment) to see if I could come in at 9am instead which I could not. I asked if they needed to reschedule me and after some run around and a few call backs the receptionist said it would be better to schedule for Friday at 11am. Not giving a reason at all. But since my schedule is flexible I didnt mind. Friday comes and about 10 minutes before my appointment I receive a call to see if I would make it. Im confused because Im heading in and my appointment hasnt arrived yet. I say yes, isnt my appointment at 11? She says yes. So I continue to come and receive a call again within a few minutes as Im pulling up. She says are you going to make it? I say yes Im right here and ask if everything is okay. To which she replies yes but its just her and the hygienist there so they may have to cancel my appointment. I say Im literally right here but should I be turning around or coming? She says if Im further away then no but if Im close okay. I pull up and walk I. At 11:03. They pull me in the back and Im frustrated and confused so I ask whats going on and the hygienist argues back and forth with me as Im trying to understand why Im being called so many times. Every time I explain whats happening she tells me that it has nothing to do with her its the front desk but I do need to be on time. Literally she goes back and forth with me after me trying to end the conversation by saying well Ill talk to the front desk and she tells me well actually it does have to do with her because she is the hygienist. I had to ask her 3 times to just leave it be because she was frustrating me before my appointment. I let her do my cleaning and when I get to the front desk to set my appointment I try to talk to the receptionist about how that all was unacceptable for me as a client and at first she says she understands and there are just a lot of cancelations so they try to feel it up for holiday season but then says something about the importance of being on time, again. By now, I'm fuming again because I not only was I only 3 mins late when I ask her whats the grace period she says for the dentist its 15 min but the hygienist has her own thing and still gives no answer. I know for sure that this is all about them trying to leave out early and Im certain that if the doctors were there this would not have happened. I was treated so rudely and it seems like this is something that they do if theyre alone. But I truly did not appreciate this today!

Dr. Larry and I (Dr. Peoples) are so sorry to hear about the experience you had today at the office. Dr. Larry and I are not at the offices today. We are at a dental seminar.
