I bought an expensive skid from this company. Initial conversation were amazing. Super thorough and not too salesy. Paid and it was shipped. One side of the welding was not done at all, inexplicably missed. Not to mention the welds overall were maybe a C+ Grade. I contacted Jayce to explain the issue and his suggestion was to take it to a local welder to have it fixed. He told me hed cover the cost of the weld. Jayce for whatever reason, ghosted me and never picked up the welding bill. No clue why. Didnt match his attitude BEFORE the sale. Anyways, Ive given you 12+ months to make this right Jayce so here we are. Ive called texted emailed. I know Im still in your CRM or hell maybe you dont have one of those and thats why it slipped thru the cracks. Either way, you ruined a perfectly good sale by your silly mistake and lack of care and follow up. Bummer for both of us. The local welder actually made me another skid for half the price. So in a way, thank you.

Had a great experience with Jayce Dempsey company Waters Edge Softwash Shop. Love my skid, customer service is excellent. These guys go above and beyond to do a great job. If youre looking for a skid frame or build would highly recommend them! ESPECIALLY IF YOURE IN MI!!
