The new name of this company is 186 networks. All the good reviews for both companies are family members. All the bad reviews are true. I tried to get their service and was treated terrible if I could give it no stars, I would. It's sad when companies don't appreciate new customers, new money, or new business. Definitely worth investigating before signing contracts and giving them your money.

Not sure where to begin to start with this place..from poor customer relations to lack of effort..they even black listed my wife for questioning a field technician who was sent to survey our yard for wireless service..he did a small circle around the yard and said nope..but yet another company came and we had wireless internet 5 days later..and its the best we have had for service and customer service EVER..come to find out..if they would have made us a customer at that time..it would have gave us a significant discount on hooking up to the fiber optic service they are about to offer...but now if we want it hooked up..its absolutely outrageously priced..kind of a shady way to make a larger profit by not allowing us service we could obviously could have gotten wireless and been a existing customer now a year later..just not good biz in mine and the neighbors opinion..
