        They came out for routine maintenance and found oil in my air breather box. Latched one iffy loose valve. Later we had a 65 hour outage. Afterwards I checked air breather box and it had oil in it. Call for service and they came out. Said motor was bad. Tore unit down and made a couple calls. Said a new engine should be here in a couple days. That was July 22 2022 Still no engine and no response from NCPG. My first Generac was purchased from them and had great service. Had trouble connecting with Josh on a new one. I bought this one from another place. They are an authorized dealer and service shop. I dont know what the deal is with Doing warranty work when it was bought from a third party. I did a lot of recommending for them when I bought from them. Now its.a different song and dance. Looks like it will be call the BBB and possibly get some legal advice. If you buy from them then you should be good Otherwise then beware.
