My fianc and I came up to Traverse city for New Years weekend, we were set to leave on Sunday and right when we left our hotel room to start our 3 hour drive home to the city, my check engine light came on and my car was shaking upon accelerating. We went and had the car diagnosed at Oreily auto parts and asked if they knew any shops open and they just said No not on Sunday, good luck well luck was absolutely on our side when we called the only 24 hour place open and Chuck came to our rescue with no hesitation! We received some of the best service from any mechanic we have ever had and impeccable hospitality. We were very far from home and instead of being stranded, chuck & Karen welcomed us into their home and kept us warm and even gave us a hot meal at their table. I would have never expected this kind of hospitality and friendliness that these beautiful people graced us with today. Chuck was kind enough to go pick up parts with us, and fix the issue we were having in no time! Although, there was no rush because we enjoyed every minute being there!
