Great service, quick delivery, especially if you buy what's on the floor. The staff goes above and beyond. This is the most trustworthy furniture company I have been too. They furnished my entire vacation house. I'm beyond happy with the stellar service!

Came in expecting not to find anything, but Gladys and Jim were really friendly and helpful with figuring out the layout of my living room, as well as finding the right furniture. I absolutely love my new furniture and cant wait to go back in the future. Thanks!

I am on mattress #3!! Whoever said if Gladys is working just leave. I AGREE 100%!! I thought since Gladys was working for us, I was going to get a couch and loveseat. She said she ONLY had the floor one. She called me more than once about buying the couch and loveseat. Told me that someone else was interested in them. THEN, how amazing, there was 2 people who wanted it. I went to decide on mattress NUMBER 3 and miraculously she 1 in the warehouse. To make things worse? The 1st one was $500ish. After the sides broke down, went and picked up mattress 2. It was $900 MORE. This one broke down in 10 DAYS! Go back for #3. $200 LESS than #2 and she refused to give me the difference COMING to me! I will be calling my credit card company. I told her to come and get this one. Noone has showed.

Luke Petrosky Sr. opened Comfort Center in Grayling in 1975. His son currently owns 3 locations in Grayling and Prudenville, with the 3rd generation brothers managing the Gaylord store. In response to the sofa and loveseat, Our stock moves fast and I did not want you to miss out on the opportunity to have the furniture you wanted. With themattress replacement, We followed the manufacturer warranty guidelines and after discovering a faulty box spring we replaced your mattress for a third time. We mailed you the $200.00 difference that you requested. We feel we did everything in our ability to make you satisfied with your experience.
