        This new gym is perfect for the yoga enthusiast or the strong man/strong woman style lifters. They will even be expanding their gym to allow for even more equipment and space! They have offers for military, first responders, students and now have silver sneakers as well. Very clean establishment and very friendly staff and customers. They literally have it all here.

        This is the best gym in Houghton Lake. Ive been looking for a good gym to go to whenever I am in town. This place has excellent, equipment and the staff are very friendly. I usually spend 2-4 months out of the year up here, but I have always had to rely on running or water sports to get any activity. My parents live up here full time and my mom just told me she joined this new gym. We went the day after Thanksgiving and I was very impressed. Snagged myself a month membership even though Ill only be up here a few weeks. My girlfriend and I will absolutely be getting memberships again when we come back.

        Great place for a workout even if you come to the area for vacations. Staff is super friendly, I highly recommend checking this place out weather your just getting into the gym or finding a new one!
