Back in January our boiler went out. We called many places and recieved several quotes, but none of them compared to Butler. He does not price gouge and is extremely fair. Dean took our call immediately, was out to our house quickly, and gave us our options. He had a quote to us the next day and we made a plan to get installation started for not just heat but air as well. They have been in our house the last few days and we have nothing but Praise for Dean, Josh, and Justin. All have been pofessional and willing to answer any question we may have. Tomorrow is the last day of installation and I can't thank them enough for all that they have done. We will never have to look any further, because Butler is the only company we will use now and in the future. Also shout out to Tanner in the office. She is on top of everything, very personable, and gets stuff done. Thank you again for everything, DJ and Sabrina L.

I had a Great experience. They are punctual, friendly and explain everything. No hidden costs or surprises. They went out of their way to come to my aid. So happy to have found a company that not only care about their reputation but put their customers first.
