        Ordered two McDoubles. Got them but it was encased in two bun bottoms that were both stale. I thought it was some joke until I opened the second sammy and it was the same garbage. Do better. Substitute the bun if you run out or just 86 that sammich that you have ran out of buns for. They went right in the trash.

        The Potterville location provides friendly, quick service. I am here multiple times a week between school, sports, meetings...all different times of the day and different meals. The fries are consistently fresh and my order is almost always correct (I have picky kids who only eat their burgers plain, and sometimes they aren't). As a plus, I've ordered milkshakes here many times and I don't think they've ever told me "the machine is down"! This location and the GL McDonald's are my favorite for the service, freshness, and speed.

        A terribly ran MCD. Im a simple man. Double cheeseburger/ mcchicken. The sheer quantity of screw ups that I have experienced at this location is shocking. Missed items, extremely long waits. Its as if online orders are impossible to get correct here.

        I've gone thru there drive thru and ordered Door dash and have had stuff missing from my order. Potterville McDonald's is the worst. Spend 50 bucks on Door dash and half of order is missing.

        Zero stars. DON'T COME TO THIS MCD. Always forgetting food/items.. ALL THE TIME. My wife ordered me a Sausage McGriddle Sandwich. You tell me what I'm missing? I believe 2 items that I know of..
