BUYER BEWARE!!!! I have purchased 2 vehicles from Jayd Weyenberg at Diamond Auto. The first vehicle was a complete mess. We drove it 1 mile off the lot and every light came on as it went into limp mode. Jayd seemed nice and helped fix it. I also paid for the warranty, Thank God! THE SECOND VEHICLE AND WAS A COMPLETE JOKE! I bought a Nissan Rogue for a Florida Vehicle. As I am driving it down there, I see a sensor light on, the passenger window wouldnt open, and the dipstick was broken down inside the funnel. I texted Jayd the issues with quotes from the Nissan Dealer, which I have pictures of, and he told me to get them fixed and he would reimburse me. After I got them fixed, he told me the prices were highway robbery and sent me a check for $350 out of what he said was good faith. The total cost was $950 for repairs and I prepaid $600 for a 3-month, 6,000 mile warranty. I have bought a lot of vehicles from different small businesses in this area, and NEVER ONCE HAD A PROBLEM. If you buy from Diamond Auto, you are making a big mistake!

We bought a 2011 Ford edge. They sold us a lemon. The touch blinking system broke within a month. They wouldn't cover the repair the cost from Ford. Even though I bought the extended warranty. Now, I drive around with my hazards on all the time. I will never buy from this place again. I also tell other people to stay away too.

Thank you for your purchases Bryan , we always try to do our best to be fair with every client that chooses to do business with Diamond Auto Sales. We are sorry that the situation ended up being a hassle, we are not sure why a faulty power window switch and a radio being broken that was disclosed before the purchase and purchased by us for you to have installed upon arrival in Florida deserve to be called a complete joke , But anyhow , Although the dealer in Florida that did end up making the repairs certainly overcharged for the services we do understand your side of this situation and that it was not in your control, and have since agreed to pay the difference that was in dispute. As for the 1st purchase that unfortunately you also had some mechanical issues with in the beginning , we stood behind you every step of the way and handled all of the appointments that arose, to complete and correct repairs and also covered all of those repairs. We never did see a positive review from you about that situation and how positive that experience was. Diamond auto sales sells pre owned vehicles, and we do our best to make them as reliable as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Joseph , we were never contacted about the issues you are having with the vehicle , we cannot help you if you do not give us a chance. Your extended service contract is meant to cover Engine and drivetrain issues , normal maintenace items like blinkers lights and Hazards are not warrantable items.
