        They texted to schedule a delivery. I texted back and stated that I would not be home during the time period and that I was going to return the rug anyway, and wondered what my options were. They never wrote/called back. Came home the day after and the rug was lying in the snow in front of the garage. Not impressed and terrible customer service.
