        The first year they did my taxes, they forgot to electronically file them. If I had not been watching for the money I owed the IRS to clear from my checking account, my tax submission would have been late and I would have been subject to a penalty and interest. The next year my Block tax pro gave me a hopelessly incorrect withholding figure which resulted in me owing a penalty and interest. Since it was their mistake, I was told they would refund the penalty and interest to me but they never did. These people may have skills but too many big mistakes were made. When I told the office admin I was very unhappy with the service I got, I was dropped like a hot potato and never got another email or any contact. Get your taxes done here at your own risk!.
