My wife and I had been going to the Beastro, 2 times a month. After last night, we are done. I had their ruben sandwich with tater tots. My wife had the crispy chicken wrap. My reuben had half the corned beef that it had previously. The tots are just bland now. I missed the seasoning and crispness that made them special. My wife's chicken wrap, was not grilled. In the past, they were grilled nice and crispy. Now, they are chewy. As far as beverage selection, don't bother. Beer selection is none existent, if you have a hankering for a dark brew. As far as the menu, good grief ...it's half of what it was. Unfortunately, the Beastro is your average corner bar, now.

So I frequently order here and food is good. HOWEVER, the last time I went there was a newer server. CARRIE and she FRAUDULENTLY STOLE A TIP FROM MY ACCOUNT. I called to discuss the situation when I got the notification from my bank that my total balance had been revised and just so happen she answered the phone, was very defensive and told me she would inform management and have them call me. She did NOT inform management and I had to call back and discuss with the manager 4 days later. She needs to be fired because how many other customers has she done this to and they didnt notice. That is fraud and theft. I used my card so the transaction was final when I left. You have to go back and enter it into the system to add another amount! Theyve lost my business, the business of my work and associates as long as CARRIE is working there.

This is the second time we went to Zoocity Beastro after new management. we had been there many times before that. The first time was really bad and everything was compted. The owner was so apologetic said please come back we are working out the kinks. We went back last night after months to give them another chance. We got a pork nacho and a chicken strips basket to share. Originally wanted the perch but the price had gone from $12something to $18. We got the chicken basket that was on the menu as 5 strips and fries. We got 4 strips and was told that they were going to 3 strips now because they got bigger ones. One of ours was small so they gave us an extra. But the menu said 5! Not 3 not 4. We asked if the nachos came with salsa and sour cream. We were told yes. We never got those even after asking again for them. The nachos we're also missing the jalapenos. Sure they apologized and discounted the bill. They still didn't have it together. Friendly sure. We we're just not impressed with our visit and probably won't be back.
