One of their realtors harassed me online because he disagreed with my political views. It was really pathetic, but that's what he did. So now I'm leaving that information on the web because maybe you don't want a realtor who's pathetic like that.

We had a wonderful experience with Shawna! We had multiple bids and sold our home within days. She managed everything expertly. She even managed the details of selling our furniture! We cannot more highly recommend her.

My siblings used Renay Deering when they tried to purchase their first home. She suggested a partnership with treadstone for their mortgage. Everything was downhill after an offer was on the table for a house.
Renay Deering seemed great and attentive at first but she later changed into a manipulative bully who wouldnt advocate for her clients.
Renay wanted her clients to purchase something outside of their budget (probably because thats how she would be paid the most) and she counseled them to forgo any inspections because the house was a new build. A realtor worth anything would not suggest first time home owners skip inspectioneven in this market.
When my siblings backed out of the deal over LEGITIMATE code issues with the home (any inspector would have pointed out the issues), Renay took to harassing her clients over text by using fear tactics like suggesting her clients were going to be sued over declining the deal. Renay also attempted to cause conflict over text between her clients. Ive never seen anything like it and I was flabbergasted by the lack of professionalism.
