What a fantastic experience! The moment i got on the phone with Kait, I knew I had struck gold. She sent Dustin over to check out my furnace and he went over everything with a fine tooth comb, making sure I understood everything. He even taught me how to change the filter. I'll definitely use this company again. As a single female homeowner, it feels so good to have a company I can trust. Five Stars all the way!

I just had them put in a basement bathroom, and update other plumbing.Very professional and careful, consistent plumbers, came on time, got work done in the time frame they promised, kept the area clean and it is all excellent! I highly recommend this company and will have them do work for me again

On October 13, 2023, I had a deeply disappointing experience with Residential Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. The ordeal began when my friend contacted the company for plumbing services and received a quote for labor costs over the phone. To our dismay, upon receiving the final bill, we discovered it was nearly double the initially agreed-upon price. To rectify this discrepancy, my friend attempted to pay with a money order, a legitimate and commonly accepted form of payment. However, the situation took a troubling turn when the individual at the front desk declined the money order and went as far as threatening to involve law enforcement, citing trespassing. What's more, Residential Plumbing, Heating & Cooling arbitrarily added undisclosed charges to the bill, straying far from the professionalism one expects in business transactions. Such actions are not only unprofessional but unethical. The practice of unilaterally increasing costs and then refusing legitimate payment methods is unacceptable. What further escalated this unfortunate experience was the company's threat to send the bill to collections. This heavy-handed approach only compounds the negative impression of Residential Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. In a competitive business landscape, customer satisfaction and fair dealings should be paramount, but the company's actions demonstrated the opposite. Throughout this encounter, their customer service was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful, with unprofessional remarks and a dismissive attitude towards customer concerns. It was disappointing to witness a business conduct itself in this manner. Given my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Residential Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to anyone. A one-star rating would be generous, considering the multiple shortcomings in professionalism, transparency, and customer service. Potential customers in the southwest region should exercise caution when considering this company for their plumbing and heating needs.

It's evident that this company has significant room for improvement when it comes to providing quality customer service. I appreciate the insight shared in these reviews, which has led me to explore other options for my needs. Although I haven't engaged with Residential Plumbing, Heating & Cooling personally, the accounts I've come across from those who have dealt with them have been troubling. These customers have encountered unprofessional behavior, unexpected and questionable increases in costs, and complications related to billing and payment processes. It's disheartening to note that some clients have experienced being unheard and poorly treated, which is contrary to the values of transparency, fair pricing, and professionalism that we expect from businesses in today's marketplace. This raises serious concerns about the company's practices. In a rather concerning turn of events, my own grandfather had an unfavorable encounter with Residential Plumbing, Heating & Cooling last year, involving issues with pricing. This appears to be a recurring problem, and the fact that these concerns have not been adequately addressed is indeed alarming. I hold the belief that a dependable and reputable service provider should consistently deliver quality work while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
