Millennium Nails

Absolute attitude the last couple times i ATTEMPTED to get a pedi. Used to get my toes done here once in a while. However, the last 2 times I attempted to get a pedi, I asked: "Hi how long is the wait for a pedicure?" Ya know, normal question. She tries to go back & forth with me which was odd. I said "I dont mind the wait, but i have to work today so Id like an eta" Them: "put your name on the list" me:"I'd like to know how long the wait is, I have to work." Them: "Well what time you work?" Say whatttt?!?! And I will say she was not polite or being funny. She tried to go back and forth with me but I dont play that. She was beyond rude and even a lady waiting scuffed as if she couldn't believe what she was hearing either. Literally, tell me an hour or even 2 i dont care but dont fn ask me what time I work with the most attitude when I ask how long the wait is. Rude rude rude and haven't been back since and never will. The nail place upstairs closed so I don't go to the mall for those services anymore.

My daughter and I usually get a pedicure once a month, we always go to millennium nails. My daughter, at the age of 21 was diagnosed with ALS-Lou Gehrigs disease. A neuro-degenerative disease where all the muscles in your body no longer work so she is in a wheelchair. Whenever I call to make an appointment, without fail they know its me calling and when we get there are ready for us- they all great us when we arrive and they leave the end chair open for her so we can easily slide her from her chair to the pedicure chair. They almost always gift her her pedicure!!! There are very few businesses that care for their clients like that anymore and I want them to know how much it means to usso, Thank you Tina and crew!!! They are very unprofessional. They let people sign in and leave for hours while other walk-ins sit and wait their turn. Then have the audacity to tell you that they cant do your nails because they are getting ready to closed in a hour after I done it in there for an hour.
