Love chipotle this location is trash - theyve served hard crusty rice so many times Im shocked I kept hoping they had fixed it. Regularly have dark brown guac - and stated its bc the avacado is ripe - nope its oxidized. No quality control. Had bowls drowning in sour cream. Super sad.

Good food, nice people, just make sure your card has tap-n-pay, their card reader seems to be broken atm

I always order online for delivery,but today the site wasn't working so I proceed to go into the restaurant. As I enter I was approached by a younger lady that asked if I ordered delivery and proceed to tell me that three people didn't show up to work and told me all the food they was out of. I thought Lucky me because the bowl I normally order they had all my ingredients except for the mozzarella cheese but they had some behind the front counter in the back where another worker was at. She proceed to tell me what I see is what I get! I took my time out for this long review because as much as I order from there that I couldn't get cheese I really felt single out on top of that the bowl she made was very low!!! I come from the healthcare field where it's al days short but never will I tell a resident loved one I couldn't help your mom get dressed today because people didn't show up to work. I know things happen but the least you should do is make your customers a little more happy during times like this so they wouldn't feel like they have been messed over especially when they order all the time!! I also want to add CLEAN THE FRONT COUNTER AS YOU GO!!! It's a sad day for me because I love chipotle but on today I'm ending our relationship. This the bowel I received on today may I add it was white rice,pinto beans,extra chicken,corn salsa,queso,sour cream. This is very low for all those ingredients
