Working with Kalamazoo TMS has been a great experience. Ive been a patient for a a few years and I have found them to be very supportive, accommodating, and innovative in their treatment of patients. Dr. Tareen has a strong knowledge base when it comes to mental health. She does a thorough job diagnosing your needs, and figuring out a course of action for treatment. She is kind and one on ones with her are helpful. Amy Fritz listens to her patients and treats them as whole people. She takes the time to get to know them and their medical and mental health needs. She also is very responsive to her patients. Kayla has been outstanding to work with. She reads patients getting them into their provided as soon as possible when they are in crisis. She is meticulous in working with insurance and pharmacies to ensure that patients have all they need when they need it. She takes the time to get to know the patients by name so when they are feeling vulnerable entering the office they are met with a friendly face and light. Overall, I am beyond grateful for the care I receive in this office and I would recommend their care to anyone looking for a provider.
