        I don't know much about the development but I had a amazing new client at this place today and it was very clean and everyone seemed decent but everything is new also so take that as you will. What i found interesting is Everybody's yard sprinklers are controlled by the development owners and honestly I'm not sure how i feel about that. All in all it's new so it's good looking ,ppl are friendly, everything is done except the finishing touches of landscaping.
